Working closely with them throughout the planning process, we designed a custom concrete stairway that follows the steep hillside and blends naturally into the landscape. Building on a steep lakeside slope requires more than simply pouring concrete. This stairway was carefully engineered with proper drainage, durable construction techniques, and a slip-resistant finish to withstand Minnesota’s changing seasons. While a separate contractor will complete the railing installation, the concrete foundation was built to provide long-lasting strength, stability, and safety.
